San Diego A motorcyclist shot and gravely wounded a man who was sitting in a parked car in Golden Hill Wednesday, San Diego police said. The victim, believed to be a man in his 40s who lived in the area, was hospitalized but not expected to survive, homicide Lt. Paul Rorrison said.
